In the rare event that unauthorized or fraudulent charges appear on your credit card as a result of your shopping at Clockinc, you are protected by the Fair Credit Billing Act. This legislation states that your credit card provider cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of any fraudulent charge. If your credit card company does hold you liable for fraudulent activities resulting from purchases at Clockinc, we will reimburse you for such fees (up to the full $50).
