Return Policy

At Clockinc.com we will do everything in our power to ensure you are 100% satisfied. To avoid potential misunderstandings, it is important to read this policy prior to your purchase.

 

Merchandise Return Policy

For a full refund, merchandise must be returned in it's original box with original packing materials. The merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt via the same freight method received. Please include all paperwork with your return to ensure prompt and accurate credit.

Due the the weight of our merchandise, shipping costs on most items range from $5 to $150. Both the original shipping costs and the return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. To reduce the likelihood of a merchandise return, please ensure the following issues have been addressed prior to ordering:

  • Assembly of merchandise is required.
  • The color and size of the assembled merchandise is suitable to your needs.
  • The time required for merchandise delivery.
  • Clockinc.com does not assess a restocking fee. Refunds will not be made on merchandise fully or partially assembled. If you need assistance assembling the merchandise, please call the manufacturer of your merchandise.We ensure that all the manufacturers we carry offer helpful assembly assistance and provide a toll free number for assembly assistance. The manufacturers number is located on the assembly instructions booklet.

 

Damaged Merchandise

We take every precaution to properly prepare your merchandise for transit. To help prevent damage, our shipping department will often times double-box your merchandise. This is in addition to the factory's already tough packaging. We do not assess additional charges for double boxing. Double-Boxing is one way we try to satisfy you by ensuring your merchandise reaches it's destination unharmed. In some cases even our best efforts are unsuccessful and your merchandise arrives damaged. This is usually due to the rigorous conditions that the packages go through during the hundreds and sometimes thousands of miles of transit.

Minor Damage
If your item suffers minor damage in transit, please know that replacement parts will be sent to you free of charge (including shipping). We have carefully screened all our manufacturers to ensure they provide helpful assistance in identifying damaged or missing parts and provide a toll-free number for this service. Consequently, the most efficient method for ordering additional parts is to call the manufacturer directly. The manufacturer's toll-free number is located in the assembly instructions booklet.

Severe Damage
If the damage to your merchandise is severe, refuse the shipment at the time of delivery. Please contact Clockinc.com to inform us of the refusal. Once the items are returned to us, we will ship the replacement item(s). You are not responsible for shipping charges on the second delivery.

All merchandise returned to clockinc.com will have a 15% restocking fee added, unless the merchandise is defective. All defective merchandise will gladly be replaced repaired and shipped back at no additional charge.

Please do not return merchandise without contacting us first.
